Music Sharing: Just so it is clear, we DO NOT HOST ANY OF THE MUSIC FILES (MP3s, WMA,) ETC files. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MUSIC FILES ILLEGALLY by HOSTING IT ON OUR SERVERS.
Tip WE DO NOT HOST MUSIC FILES OR VIDEO FILES. WE JUST PROVIDE A WAY TO RUN THEM USING OUR PLAYERS.
MUSIC FILES: Chillface do not host any of the music files. We just provide advance playlist players and a service to search mp3 files across internet and once added to the playlist will stream the music, but no way we let our users DOWNLOAD or hotlink any of the files from the internet.
Links: Users can grab any of the mp3 links by searching such as using google or any other method and post it on chillface. Chillface will utilize our its players and play the songs or video for you. Chillface is just a simple link sharing website with alittle bit of profile touch to it.
Third Party Services: Chillface uses a variety of services hosted by third parties to help provide our Services, such as hosting users can search for mp3 or videos. WE DO NOT HOST MP3 or VIDEOS.
Tip We do not disclose your private information except in the limited circumstances described here.
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information with your consent, such as when you use a third party web client to access your Chillface account.
Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us. Business Transfers: In the event that Chillface is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. Non-Private or Non-Personal Information: We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public links, posts etcs or the number of users who clicked on a particular link (even if only one did).
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
Our Services are not directed to people under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us privacy@chillface.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
